They create high-quality content and training programs for Product Owners and Managers in innovative companies and help execute design and development.
The position is for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help them grow our clientele.
You will be assisting the Partners at the firm deliver their programs and helping their support staff improve the programs; prospecting and recruiting the right type of clients and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
You are self-motivated, ambitious and want a fast-paced start up experience leading Business Development and bringing customer feedback to our content creators and freelance professionals running SEO/ SEM campaigns.
The ideal person is an independent self-starter. The role will require someone who can manage their own time and effectively plan their day to day activities and be strategic to win clients.
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Develop a growth plan while ensuring we continue to deliver customer satisfaction
Typical duties include:
Research and identify prospects throughout Glasgow/ UK.
Interview prospects to uncover customer needs and identify new leads
Promote the company’s training material, products/services to right audiences for lead generation
Develop new outbound campaign ideas, and test different approaches.
Manage and track pipeline, strategically prioritising your efforts to maximise results.
• Bachelor's degree ideally in Engineering, Marketing, Innovation or Entrepreneurship
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
• 2 Years sales experience and CRM experience is preferred
